Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Tempo Cash (also referred to as “Tempro”) and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and be permitted to use the service under applicable law. Some features may require identity verification and may not be available in every location.

3. Self-custodial wallet

Tempo Cash helps you interact with a wallet you control. You are responsible for securing your device, credentials, recovery methods, and wallet access. We cannot reverse blockchain transactions or recover assets sent to an incorrect address.

4. Third-party services

Features may rely on independent providers for authentication, blockchains, identity verification, banking, cards, analytics, and transaction routing. Their separate terms and policies apply. We do not control their availability, decisions, fees, or processing times.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with applicable law, review transaction details before approval, and pay applicable network or provider fees. You may not use the service for fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, unlawful activity, interference with the service, or infringement of another person’s rights.

6. Digital asset risks

Digital assets and blockchain services involve risk, including loss, volatility, smart contract flaws, network outages, irreversible transactions, and changing laws. Tempo Cash does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for evaluating transactions and tax consequences.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or provider requirements. The service may include experimental features and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost digital assets arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Termination

You may stop using Tempo Cash at any time. We may suspend access for a violation of these Terms, security risk, legal requirement, or to protect users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For questions, use the feedback option in the Tempo Cash app.
