Tempo Cash (also referred to as “Tempro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a self-custodial payments application. This policy explains the information we process when you use Tempo Cash and related services.

2. Information we collect

• Account information. Authentication identifiers and account details supplied through our authentication provider.
• Wallet and transaction information. Public wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, token activity, and information needed to show balances and activity or complete transactions.
• Information you provide. Saved contact names and addresses, feedback, attachments, and communications with us.
• Funding and card information. Status and reference information for funding, identity verification, bank deposit, relay, and card flows. Identity and payment providers may collect additional information directly under their own policies.
• Device and usage information. Push notification tokens, device platform, app diagnostics, and product analytics such as screens and features used.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, display activity, process requested transactions, deliver notifications, answer support requests, improve the product, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.

4. How we share information

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Tempo Cash, including authentication, infrastructure, analytics, notification, blockchain, identity verification, banking, card, and transaction-routing providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a corporate transaction.

5. Blockchain information

Public blockchain transactions are visible to others and generally cannot be deleted or changed by us. Private network activity may be visible to the relevant network operator and authorized service providers.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You can manage notification permissions in your device settings and remove saved information through available app controls. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of certain personal information.

8. Children

Tempo Cash is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
